Shipping policy
Order processing
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed.
- Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or UK bank holidays.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
UK shipping
- Standard: £4.99, estimated delivery [2 to 4 business days].
- Express: £6.99, estimated delivery [1 to 2 business days].
- Free standard shipping on all UK orders of £96 or more.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination:
- European Union: £14.99 standard, estimated delivery 5 to 10 business days.
- Selected countries (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel, UAE): £23.99 standard, estimated delivery 7 to 14 business days.
- Rest of the world: shipping is calculated live at checkout using DHL Express or FedEx, estimated delivery 10 to 21 business days.
Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)
- Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country.
- These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Tracking your order
- A tracking link is included in your dispatch confirmation email.
- If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at help@bravelinks.co.uk.
Delayed, lost or incorrect addresses
- Delivery estimates are guidelines, not guarantees, and can be affected by the carrier or customs.
- Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
